Methods of payment
Online
You can safely buy online with the following credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron. Once your card has been authenticated, your goods will be dispatched.
By Cheque
Please make cheques payable to Cool Equipment concepts Ltd. Please write your cheque guarantee number on the reverse of your cheque. Please allow 5 working days for clearance.
By Postal Order
Please ensure all postal orders are payable to Cool Equipment concepts Ltd and send with your order. Do not send cash by post as we cannot be held responsible for any loss. We recommend the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
Delivery info
UK Mainland deliveries
All deliveries are dispatched on a next day delivery service. We endeavour to dispatch all in stock goods within 1 day from the date of your order. If goods are ordered before noon they can usually be dispatched on the same day. If goods are ordered later in the afternoon then they will be dispatched the following day. Some equipment is sent direct from the Manufacturer so delivery times may vary. Please contact our sales office on 01702 258 639 for more information.
UK customers should receive their goods within 2 working days from the date of order, which takes into account delivery by either Fedex or Royal Mail depending on the size of the order.

Eire & Channel Islands
