To our valued Pacojet customers, we would like to give you an update on the situation at Cheftools office as the UK supplier of Pacojet. So far all our office team Luke, Graham and our engineers are in good health. We are of course taking all relevant measures with hygiene and social distancing and partial home office work when needed. The same applies to our Pacojet engineers who work with us.
At the present time urgent repairs to Pacojets will still be available to support your needs.
Please contact us by email for the Pacojet return form before sending us your machine. All accessories are available from our website. We have the support of Pacojet A.G. Switzerland, with this we can confirm that we are available to support your needs, as of today, and to continue our work throughout the COVID-19 challenge period where the end is not known.
