  • Straight tweezers are used in Japanese tradition to place raw meat on the grill. These tweezers are great for placing small ingredients on the Shichirin, but can also be used as BBQ tongs for the Kamado.
  • To avoid cross-infection, use two different varieties of tweezers. The straight tweezers are used for the raw ingredients and the curved tweezers are used to remove the grilled ingredients from the grill.
  • These straight tweezers are made of extra strong stainless steel material.
